The Director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts, Sam Amadi said that justice delivery system in the country is horrible.
The public affairs analyst condemned the manner in which the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal was delivered.
Recall that the five-man panel in their judgment, set aside the petitions of the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, Abubakar Atiku and that of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
Taking to his social media platform on Friday, he claimed that while the court had passed judgement, it might still take days to type it before making the copy available, fearing that the final copy may be vastly different.
He opined that the copy of the judgement is yet to be made available to the public.
He wrote, “Justice delivery in Nigeria is horrible. PEPT judgement should’ve been delivered in corrected and final form. Minutes after delivery you will find it uploaded on website and authenticated.
“Now you wait for days to type it. Final copy may be vastly different. No quality control.”
