Fenerbahçe triumphed 4-1 over Trabzonspor, with Anderson Talisca delivering a sensational hat-trick, closing the gap to leaders Galatasaray to just three points.
In a thrilling match on matchday 30 of the Trendyol Süper Lig, Fenerbahçe welcomed Trabzonspor to the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium.
Despite trailing at halftime, the hosts mounted an impressive comeback in the second half to claim a dominant 4-1 victory.
Trabzonspor took the lead in the dying moments of the first half. In the 45+4 minute, Denis Draguş found the back of the net after a precise assist from Simon Banza, giving the visitors a 1-0 advantage going into the break.
However, Fenerbahçe came roaring back in the second half. Anderson Talisca leveled the score with a penalty in the 51st minute.
Milan Škriniar then put the hosts in front at 2-1 in the 60th minute. Talisca added two more goals in quick succession, finding the net in the 64th and 72nd minutes to complete his hat-trick and seal the 4-1 win.
With this victory, Fenerbahçe now have 68 points, just three behind Galatasaray at the top of the table. Meanwhile, Trabzonspor remains in 11th place with 36 points.
