The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been declared winner of the presidential election in Benue state.
Asiwaju Tinubu, who Polled a total score of 310,468 votes, won the state, over his two close rivals, contesting the seat with him; Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Gregory Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
However, Peter Obi came second with a total score of 308,372 votes, in the election.
While, Alhaji Atiku of PDP, who Polled a total score of 130,081 votes, in the election, became third in the contest.
The collation of results of the election still continue at the international conference center, Abuja, the INEC national collation center, where the remaining state of the federation, are expected to present their results.
However, Asiwaju Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, is still the front runner, following the results collated, so far.
