The Peoples Democratic Party Governorship Candidate for Katsina and Kano States paid a visit to the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, on Tuesday.
Wike welcomed both gov candidates – Sen.Yakubu Lado Danmarke(Katsina) and Alhaji Mohammed Abacha(Kano) at his private residence in Rumuepirikom in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Premium Politics gathered that Danmarkeand Abacha’s visit came hours after Wike received Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, former Governor of Zamfara State for a private meeting at his country home.
Confirming the visit, Senator Danmarke said, “We paid a courtesy call to our brother, the executive governor of Rivers State. Since the election is over, we have not been able to visit Rivers State to come and pay homage to him.
“That is why we are here to tell him that we are together as friends and brothers.”
