Chelsea midfielder Moisés Caicedo recently had his £160k Audi confiscated by British authorities after being caught driving without a valid licence.
The incident took place last Friday at the club’s Cobham training ground in Surrey.
Caicedo, who joined Chelsea from Brighton in 2023 for £4.5 million, has frequently been seen driving in the UK since his arrival in 2021.
He could potentially face a court summons for violating UK driving laws.
Surrey Police confirmed the details to The Sun, stating, “A man in his 20s from Cobham was stopped by officers on Fairmile Lane in Cobham on Friday 4 April and found to be driving without a licence. The vehicle was seized, and our enquiries are ongoing.”
Chelsea, however, emphasized that the matter is a personal issue for Caicedo.
