Currently second in the group standings, Nigeria must now defeat bottom-placed Kenya’s Rising Stars on Wednesday, May 7, to ensure a place in the knockout phase.
In an earlier Group B clash, Tunisia revived their campaign by beating Kenya 3-1, climbing to third with three points. Kenya, having lost both of their matches, sits at the bottom with no points.
The final group fixtures promise a tense showdown as Nigeria squares off against Kenya, while Morocco and Tunisia go head-to-head in what could be a decider for Group B supremacy.
