Nigeria’s Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has adjourned hearing in the petition filed by Labour Party’s candidate in the 2023 elections, Peter Obi.
The new date is now Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
This is due to the inability of the Independent National Electoral Commission to open its defence after three of its witnesses were absent in today’s hearing.
