Three persons have been arrested by the personnel of the Delta State Police Command over the murder of a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Sylvester Efeurhobo, in Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
Premium Politics on Tuesday reported that the deceased was reportedly shot dead at his residence on Sunday evening.
Also before his demise, he was the chairman of a pro-APC Support Group, known as the Achievers Group, in Agbarho.
His death has been confirmed by the
spokesman for the command, DSP Bright Edafe, on Tuesday.
He also revealed that three persons have been nabbed in connection with the incident.
“Yes, it is confirmed, but I can not say whether he was a party man or not but we are still investigating, so far three suspects that have been arrested,” he said
