Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umar Radda, has returned to Katsina after an official trip to Kigali, Rwanda and Turkey.
On arrival at the Umaru Musa Yaradua International Airport katsina, the Governor, on Tuesday, was received by Katsina State Speaker House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahya Daura, alongside with some legislative members, the State Chief Judge, Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar and the Chief of Staff Alhaji Jabiru Tsauri.
