The Governor of Borno State, Babagana Zulum, on Friday inspected the work progress in the construction of Municipal Building and other Public structures in the Border communities.
Zulum, who is accustomed to surprise visits to state infrastructures and projects, was also present at Gambaru Ngala Local Government Area in Borno Central District to do same.
