The chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, Walid Jibrin, has resigned from his position.
According to The PUNCH, he disclosed this at the National Executive Council meeting currently going on in Abuja.
This is coming amid the calls from loyalists of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has been pushing for the resignation of the national chairman of the Party, Iyorchia Ayu.
