Former President Goodluck Jonathan has said that the off-season election is not the best for Nigeria.
Jonathan who stated this during an interview with newsmen in Otuoke on Saturday, appealed to the National Assembly to stop off-season elections in Nigeria.
The former President while speaking with newsmen after casting his vote in the ongoing governorship election in Otuoke, Bayelsa State, on Saturday, said Nigeria has to stop the off-season election, noting that it is not the best for the country.
Jonathan who is a Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, exercised his civic responsibility in the ongoing governorship election in the state, at his country home, Otuoke, Bayelsa state on Saturday.
