The Labour Party has taken a significant step towards ensuring free and fair elections by setting up an Electoral Reform Committee.
The committee, chaired by former Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission CEO, Hon. Dr. Sam Amadi, has been tasked with conducting a comprehensive review of the electoral process.
The 17-member committee includes notable figures such as Senator Tony Nwoye, Mike Igini, and Hon. Benedict Etanabene, according to Politics Nigeria.
