A Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled March 22 for ruling on a motion filed by detained President, Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Bodejo.
Justice Inyang Ekwo fixed the date after counsel for Bodejo, Mohammed Sheriff, and the Attorney-General of Federation’s lawyer, Y.A. Imana, adopted their processes and presented their arguments for and against the motion on Wednesday, according to NewsDiary.
Earlier, members of the Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore had embarked on a peaceful protest at the Federal High Court, Abuja demanding for the release of their detained president, Bello Bodejo.
The protesters, who carried a big banner with inscription: “Free Bello Bodejo,” gathered at the entrance gate of the high-rise court to press home their demands.

“That is why we have gathered our members across the country to come here to agitate and also make our voice heard.
“We call on the Nigerian security agencies should, without further delay free and release unconditionally, Bello Bodejo, the president of Miyetti Allah,” he said.
