Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has lashed out at the opposition in the state, accusing them of being embarrassed by the achievements of his administration.
His remarks came during an interview on Channels Television’s Political Paradigm on Tuesday.
The governor expressed frustration over what he described as the opposition’s continuous attempts to undermine the progress made by his government.
According to Adeleke, their reaction is an indication that they are threatened by the positive changes happening in Osun State.
Adeleke further emphasized that his administration remains committed to fulfilling its promises to the people of Osun.
He reiterated his focus on improving the welfare of citizens and providing the dividends of democracy, with the aim of enhancing the state’s development and ensuring better living standards for its people.
In his comments, the governor highlighted key areas where his government has made strides, noting that the ongoing projects and reforms reflect his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises.
He added that despite the opposition’s negative stance, he remains focused on achieving the goals set for his tenure.
Governor Adeleke assured the people of Osun State that his administration will continue to work tirelessly to meet their needs and expectations, regardless of the opposition’s attempts to discredit his achievements.
