Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has congratulated the state’s All Progressive Congress Chairman, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, on the occasion of his birthday, praying God to continue to bless and protect him.
This was contained in a statement signed and issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Rafiu Ajakaye, on Tuesday.
It read, “The Governor sends his warm felicitations to the quintessential politician who has paid his dues as a statesman and a party leader with records of electoral victories.
“The governor joins family members, friends, associates, party leaders and members to celebrate Prince Sunday Fagbemi on his birthday. He asks God to protect and grant him many more years of happiness and good health.”
Fagbemi is a Nigerian politician and the current APC chairman in Kwara State. He was elected as the new party chief on October 16, 2023, in a carnival-like congress that was attended by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and other party leaders.
He is also a businessman and a philanthropist who has contributed to various social and developmental projects in Kwara State. He is known for his mission to build a party that is united, progressive and people-oriented.
