The All Progressives Grand Alliance in Ebonyi State has inaugurated its governorship campaign council.
The party made this announcement on Wednesday in a letter of appointment endorsed by the campaign’s secretary, which was made available to journalists on behalf of the APGA governorship candidate, Prof. Benard Odoh and his deputy, Dr Nkata Chuku.
The PUNCH reported that a first-class Chemical Engineering graduate, Samuel-Agwu Okporie, was appointed as the party’s campaign director general.
According to the statement released by the council, Okporie’s role among other terms of reference, was to spearhead and coordinate the campaign activities of the the council otherwise known as Odohzia Campaign Organisation for the 2023 general elections.
Recall that, the campaign council had in October 2022, announced the appointment of Charles Otu as its Director, Media and Publicity, listinh his terms of reference to include among others coordinating media-related activities for the Odohzhia Ebonyi Campaign Council.
