Former Super Eagles player, Daniel Amokachi, former Ogun State Governor, Gbenga Daniel and the former Minister of Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, were all cited at the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected president of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu GCFR, Commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Tinubu, who won the last presidential election in Nigeria, was sworn in alongside his vice, Senator Kashim Shettima some minutes ago, by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, who performed the oath of office on them, as the 16th elected president and vice-president of the federal republic of Nigeria.
Tinubu will be taking over the country’s administration from the outgoing president, Major General Muhammed Buhari, whose tenure of two terms tenure of 8 years came to an end, after handing over to the new president.
However, other personalities spotted at the occasion were; the immediate former governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola, former House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole and some other important personalities in the society.
