The Independent National Electoral Commission chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, on Tuesday, at the Chatham House in London, said the commission does not have plans to post-pone the elections.
This is following speculations, reports and a question from the audience during the interview, asking if these rumors were true.
The INEC chairman responded by saying, “INEC is not contemplating or planning to postpone the 2023 elections. We’ll conduct the elections as scheduled.”
