The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Friday received the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Adamawa state, Aisha Binani, at the Aso Rock villa in Abuja.
According to the Cable, national chairman of the ruling party, Abdullahi Adamu and, minister of women affairs, Pauline Tallen, were also present at the meeting.
It would be recalled that in November, the appeal court in Adamawa restored Binani as the governorship candidate of the state, after a trial court had sacked her in October.
