Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has promised to replicate Arsenal’s performance against Chelsea for Nigeria in 2023.
He made this assertion following the victory of the North London side against Chelsea in the premier league game on Sunday.
A lone goal from Arsenal’s defender, Gabriel Magalhães, gave the team an impressive victory away from the Emirates Stadium.
Reacting to the victory via his official Twitter account, Atiku, said following the victory of Arsenal, he also would “recover Nigeria for Nigerians”.
“Great win, Arsenal, even after a goalless first half. As Arsenal did in this game for we, the fans, we will also Recover Nigeria for Nigerians. -AA” he tweeted.
