Super Falcons winger, Francisca Ordega, has clinched the Saudi Women’s Premier League Player of the Month award for March, following a string of standout performances for Al-Ittihad Ladies.
Ordega emerged the clear winner in the fan vote, securing an impressive 62%, ahead of her fellow Nigerian Ashleigh Plumptre and Congo international Naomie Kabakaba, who both garnered 16%.
The 31-year-old dazzled throughout the month, netting four goals and contributing three assists in just three league outings.
Her efforts played a crucial role in Al-Ittihad’s campaign, helping the team secure two victories out of three matches.
Having joined Al-Ittihad on a free transfer at the start of the season, Ordega has quickly become a key figure in the squad, earning plaudits for her impact on the pitch.
