The immediate former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai and the 14th Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, have visited Tudun Biri Village in Kaduna State.
El-Rufai and Sanusi alongside other leaders from the Tijjaniyya Islamic sect, paid the courtesy to Tudun Biri village on Friday, to commiserate with the people of the area, over the Monday, army airstrike which left many people dead and several others wounded.
Recall that, an Army drone had bombed villagers of Tudun Biri in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The incident led to the death of several Muslim worshippers, who were celebrating Maulud festival in the village, during the incident.
Confirming the incident, the Nigerian Army had blamed an erroneous intel for the attack, stressing that it was a mistake.
However, report revealed that the former FCT Minister and former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, donated N10m each to support the community, over the incident, during their visit on Friday.
