The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, on Sunday, went on a thank-you tour in Abak and Ukanafu Federal Constituencies in Akwa-Ibom State.
Akpabio shared pictures from the event via his social media handle on Monday morning, thanking them for their support during the Senatorial elections.
He also promised to represent them effectively at the Senate.
He wrote, “Yesterday, President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio embarked on a thank you tour to his constituents in Abak and Ukanafu Federal Constituencies in Akwa- Ibom State, where he thanked them for their support and prayers for his victory at the polls and in the National Assembly.
“The Senate President assured his constituents of his readiness to provide them quality representation through the provision of empowerment and human capital development as well as the provision of infrastructure.”
